Qualifications

• Experience working in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
