Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' growth and communication needs in a school-based setting. Two full-time, FSY contract positions are available onsite to make a meaningful difference in young learners' lives.

Collaborate with educators and families, provide direct therapy per IEPs, and stay current with best practices. Licensure in Texas or eligibility is required; CF candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CCC-SLP required; CF candidates considered.
  • Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience in school settings preferred.
  • Ability to support diverse communication disorders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to IEPs.
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
  • Remain current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy.
