Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school-based setting across K-12, primarily with younger students. This full-time contract position offers collaborative teamwork and opportunities to grow pediatric expertise.

You'll evaluate and treat communication disorders, contribute to IEPs, and partner with teachers and families to support student progress in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license with CCC certification; Clinical Fellows considered.
  • Experience in school settings and with pediatric caseloads.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and related disorders.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and assist with IEP meetings/documentation.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
  • Maintain progress records and advise on intervention strategies.
  • Provide individual and small-group therapy across pediatric ages.

Job description

Qualifications & Preferred Experience
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license and certification (CCC); strong consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well
  • Experience working in school settings and with pediatric caseloads
  • At least 2 years of prior speech-language pathology experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities
