Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a dynamic K-12 school-based role in California. The position focuses on younger students with opportunities to impact the broader spectrum across the grades, in a collaborative educational environment.

You will evaluate and treat communication disorders, contribute to IEP meetings, and support teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team, delivering both individual and small-group therapy in pediatrics.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP license and CCC certification; CFY considered.
  • School setting experience with pediatric caseloads and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and related disorders with evidence-based approaches.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to maximize student growth.
  • Maintain progress records and advise on intervention strategies for positive outcomes.
  • Provide individual and small-group therapy across diverse student ages and abilities.

  • At least 2 years of prior speech-language pathology experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
