Provide speech-language pathology services to students across five small schools in the district
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school activities to integrate therapy goals effectively
Maryland licensure/certification or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting
Experience working with infants, toddlers, and children Pre-K through 12
Ability to manage caseloads across multiple small schools with variable student numbers
Strong communication and adaptability skills
Availability Monday-Friday, with flexibility for part-time
Successful background check per district policy
Physical ability to meet demands of school-based activities
