Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Current and valid Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse school-age caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Offer consultation and education to school staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
