Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Maryland is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time itinerant contract across two school sites. You will deliver evaluations, contribute to IEP meetings, and conduct ongoing assessments for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade with mild to severe needs.

The role includes travel between sites, admin support, and dedicated therapy spaces. Requirements include Maryland SLP licensure and CCC/CFY eligibility; district training is provided.

Qualifications

Job description

Step into a fulfilling role supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade across two schools. As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this contract opportunity, youll deliver impactful services to children with a range of mild to severe communication needs. This itinerant position offers paid travel between sites and the structure to truly make a difference for your caseload.

With a full-time commitment from September through June 2027, youll conduct evaluations, develop and participate in IEP meetings, and provide individualized assessments. Collaboration is keyadmin time and paid team meetings are included to support your work-life balance and professional effectiveness. Training on the districts IEP system is provided, and youll benefit from dedicated therapy spaces within each building.

What You Bring:

• Valid Maryland SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric, K-12, and school-based speech-language pathology
• Comfort working with mild to severe disabilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
