Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is hiring a licensed social worker to provide in-school counseling services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support K-12 students with special needs.

The role focuses on individual and group counseling, IEP development, data-driven interventions, and coordination with families and external providers within a supportive education environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Professional licensure (LPC/LCPC, LCSW or LMSW, LMFT or LMHC) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family counseling to students per IEP or BIP.
• Collaborate on creating and updating IEPs with social-emotional goals.
• Conduct social-emotional assessments and develop behavioral plans and BIPs.
• Analyze data to identify student strengths/needs and tailor interventions.
• Implement behavior management, de-escalation, and crisis response when needed.
• Support SEL skill development through curricula and targeted supports.
• Coordinate with external partners to support students and families.
• Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulations.
