Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, provides SESI services for K-12 students needing additional supports.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver social-emotional services, individual and group counseling, and collaboration with school teams and families. The role involves comprehensive licensure and a master’s degree in social work or related field, with a focus on students in diverse school settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional licensure (LPC/LCPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC)
• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field
• 2 years of school/behavior health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varied backgrounds.
• Provide individual, group, or IEP/BIP-aligned counseling services.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Complete social-emotional assessments and develop behavior plans (BIPs).
• Implement behavior management, de-escalation, and safety procedures when needed.
• Support social-emotional learning through targeted curricula and supports.
• Provide in-service training with other teams.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students and families.
• Maintain student files per regulatory requirements.
