Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensing as a mental health professional (LPC/LCPC, LCSW or LMSW, LMFT or LMHC, LCMHC).
• Master's degree in social work, human services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling services to students as per IEP/BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs and social-emotional goals and participate in IEP meetings.
• Complete social-emotional and behavior assessments and develop functional behavior assessments and plans.
• Implement behavior management and de-escalation strategies to maintain safety.
• Support social-emotional learning through curricula and targeted supports.
• Provide in-service training with other teams and collaborate with external partners.
