Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a School Licensed Social Worker for the Baltimore area to join a team supporting Student Support Teams and implementing SST plans for student success.

The role involves coordinating interventions, monitoring progress, and engaging with families to improve attendance, behavior, and academics, while ensuring timely data collection and reporting for program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Current state licensure (LMSW/LCSW-C) required.
• Background checks must be completed satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Student Support Teams of identified students.
• Support SST plans to implement interventions addressing root causes of attendance, behavior, and academics.
• Provide support to schools in implementing the SST plan for student success.
• Manage progress monitoring data to provide SST guidance.
• Collect data from schools and community stakeholders.
• Maintain a log to inform SST team of plan effectiveness.
• Connect with families to support students.
