Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. seeks a licensed social worker to provide clinical services in the Baltimore area.

The clinician will conduct intake, assess needs, and deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults across office, home, and community settings. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and an active Maryland license, with two years post‑master experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required.
• Two years post-master clinical experience in child welfare or related services.
• Active MD license required.
• Experience with adolescents in residential treatment preferred.
• Experience with adolescent sex-offenders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screening assessments and intake review for clinical services.
• Provide individual therapy to clients in office, in-home, and community settings.
• Provide family therapy to clients in multiple settings.
• Design and implement treatment plans and monitor progress; document outcomes.
