Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Licensed Social Worker in the Lanham, MD area to provide case management and counseling to clients. The role includes coordinating treatment team meetings and implementing programs for youth within the treatment framework.

You will maintain confidential clinical files, perform psychosocial assessments and home studies, conduct intakes, and connect clients with community resources. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LBSW, LMSW, or LCSW-C) in Maryland.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and counseling services for clients.
• Organize treatment team meetings and implement appropriate programming for youth.
• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy services.
• Maintain confidential clinical case files.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and home studies.
• Conduct intakes and matching of new referrals.
• Case management and coordination of community resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
