Job summary

Delta-T Group's client in Baltimore seeks a School Licensed Social Worker to join Student Support Teams for identified students.

You will support SST plans, address root causes of attendance, behavior, and academics, and monitor progress with data while coordinating with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW-C).
• Medical Social Work experience.
• Ability to undergo and satisfactorily complete given background checks.
