Delta-T Group seeks a School Licensed Social Worker to serve in the Baltimore area, joining Student Support Teams to address attendance, behavior, and academic challenges. You will assist in planning and implementing SST interventions, monitor progress data, and engage families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW-C).
• Medical Social Work experience.
• Ability to undergo and satisfactorily complete given background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Student Support Teams of identified students.
• Support SST plans to implement interventions that address root causes of attendance, behavioral, and/or academic challenges.
• Provide support to schools in the successful implementation of the SST plan.
• Manage progress monitoring data to provide SST guidance.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data from school and community stakeholders.
• Maintain a log to inform SST team of plan effectiveness.
• Connect with families as appropriate to support student outcomes.
