Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a School Licensed Social Worker for the Baltimore area to support Student Support Teams in addressing attendance, behavior, and academic challenges.

You will collect progress data, help implement SST plans, and engage with families to support student success. This is a referral opportunity through Delta-T Group with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work and licensure (LMSW/LCSW-C) and have medical social work experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed in the state of practice (LMSW/LCSW-C) required.
• Medical Social Work experience preferred.
• Ability to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Student Support Teams of identified students.
• Support SST plans to address root causes of attendance, behavioral, and/or academic challenges.
• Provide support internally and externally to schools in the successful implementation of the SST plan for student success.
• Manage progress monitoring data to provide SST guidance.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from school and community stakeholders.
• Maintain a log to capture data to inform the SST team of the effectiveness of the plan.
• Connect with families as appropriate to support student.
