Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LBSW; LMSW; LCSW-C) in Maryland.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and counseling for clients.
• Organize treatment team meetings and implement programming for youth.
• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy services.
• Maintain confidential, comprehensive clinical case files.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and home studies.
• Conduct intakes and matching of new referrals.
• Case management and coordination of community resources.
• Assists clients in identification and utilization of community resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
