Job summary

SESI, a division of FullBloom, is seeking a licensed school social worker to join our team serving K-12 students needing additional supports. You will collaborate with school teams to deliver SESI’s high-quality services and support individual and group counseling within an integrated care approach.

You will develop and implement social-emotional IEP goals, assess student needs, document progress, and coordinate with families while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and district

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker (LCSW or LMSW) in Massachusetts.
• Master’s degree in social work.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in school or related settings.
• MA MTEL certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling per IEP or BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs with social-emotional goals and meetings.
• Complete social-emotional and behavior assessments; develop BIPs.
• Implement behavior management, de-escalation, and safety procedures.
• Support social-emotional learning and collaborate with families and teams.
• Maintain student files per regulatory requirements.
