Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based position in Jacksonville, NC. You will provide speech-language services, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student learning.

The role welcomes CFs and experienced SLPs, offering mentorship, W-2 employment with benefits, and reimbursement for licensure and CEUs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Active North Carolina SLP license or ability to obtain license in NC.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
