Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role supports K-12 students with speech and language services and offers mentorship for CFs.

You'll conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress. Competitive pay is offered, along with benefits and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by NC Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Eligibility for North Carolina licensure through the Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
