Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Hickory, NC. Up to 20 hours/week during the 2026-2027 school year, with a flexible schedule and mentorship for CFs.

Qualifikationen

• Active North Carolina licensure or licensure eligible (N.C. Board of Examiners for SLPs and Audiologists).
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
