Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a Jacksonville, NC school-based role. You will provide speech-language services to students in a 1.0 FTE capacity, with mentorship available for CFs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• NC SLP license or eligibility required.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply and be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
