Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat students in a Pontiac, MI school setting. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEP-based plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to support communication skills.

This onsite, full-time role offers a 35–37.5 hour week during the school year with a pay range of $59–64 per hour. A Master’s degree and MI SLP license are required; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.

• Current MI SLP license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP-aligned therapy plans.
• Prepare legally compliant written evaluation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication and literacy.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
