Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site school-based role in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The SLP will conduct comprehensive evaluations for students, develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to support communication development.

The position offers a compensation range of $50-$55 per hour, a 35–37.5 hour work week, and a school-year contract.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Michigan SLP license (MI) required.
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication development.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
• Document findings and reports in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in IEP, MET, and district meetings as required.
