Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is hiring a School Age Child Care SACC Site Director to oversee after-school programs in Benbrook, Godley, or Fort Worth, TX. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and partner with schools to provide safe, engaging programs for children after school.

The role offers afternoon hours, growth opportunities, and a wage range of $16.00–$18.00 per hour with YMCA benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet Texas licensing requirements.
• Minimum age 21, education: high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in afterschool program or 2 years licensed childcare with 70 training hours (Bachelor degree path).
• Must complete First Aid/CPR within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily after-school operations and staff coaching.
• Ensure compliance with THHS standards and YMCA policies.
• Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners.
