Job summary

ResponsiveEd is seeking a Safety & Security Coordinator for Texas and Arkansas to oversee safety operations across campuses from the Lewisville Home Office. You will lead security audits, threat assessments, and drills while coordinating with public safety and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in security fields, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel to campuses. Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent security background. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent security experience.
• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, private security, or military field.
• Valid driver’s license; background screening required.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and operational support in the Safety and Security Department.
• Address security issues with campuses and perform security audits.
• Conduct threat assessments and after-action reports; coordinate emergency drills.
• Interact with vendors and coordinate communications with departments and campuses.
• Assist in management of Campus Access Control Systems and monitoring systems.
