Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience in safety and security.
• Two years of leadership experience in safety and security.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide support in multi-hazard emergency operation plans.
• Conduct emergency school drills and exercises.
• Administer safety and security audits.

Skills

Knowledge of Incident Command and Unified Command procedures

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skill in performing school safety audits

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university

Degree in Criminal Justice, Fire Safety, Emergency Management
