Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Director to lead school operations, promote the growth of children, and communicate progress to parents. This role emphasizes educational leadership, staff management, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a supportive environment.

You will supervise staff, implement curriculum standards, and drive a safe, engaging learning atmosphere while balancing community needs and parental communication. Competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDA/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2 years of management experience of at least six non-exempt staff; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
