A leading school in Oregon is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time School Receptionist and Office Assistant. This role involves managing the front of house, supporting students and parents, and providing administrative assistance. Ideal for those looking to gain experience in an educational setting or return to the workplace. Full training will be provided.
Part Time
3 days/18 hours per week
Term-time only (39 weeks per year)
Surrey Grade S4
Pro-rated for 18 hours (£10,442 - £11,181)
Join us and be part of a great team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to help manage the front of house, calmly supporting students, parents and visitors, provide routine administrative assistance, and printing and preparation of resources.

Applicants must have a flexible approach to work, be of smart appearance and have excellent IT and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience would helpful but not essential. Full training will be given.
