Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a School Registered Behavior Technician for a 36-week contract in Epping, New Hampshire. The role involves implementing behavioral plans for students with significant disabilities, including autism, and using PECS/AAC to support engagement and communication.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, monitor progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation in line with school and agency policies.

Qualifications

• NH RBT license required.
• At least 1 year of experience with early childhood and behavior in school settings.
• Experience with PECS/AAC and communication methods.
• Experience with students with significant disabilities including autism and non-verbal.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for students with significant disabilities, including autism and non-verbal learners.
• Use PECS/AAC and alternative communication methods to facilitate engagement and communication.
• Teach school routines and daily activities for students new to the school setting.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and team members to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of student behaviors, progress, and interventions per policies.
