Job summary

Gersh Autism is seeking a School Contract RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to support students in Concord, NH, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role requires strong communication, patience, and teamwork to implement behavior plans and help students achieve goals.

Work primarily in school and center settings, with some travel between locations. Competitive benefits apply, including health and retirement plans, and paid BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold an active BACB RBT certification.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and maintain session notes; report concerns to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, families to ensure consistent interventions.
• Set up materials and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual client needs.
