Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based role in Hilo, Hawaii. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative OT services to help students access their education.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii OT license in good standing.
• Ability to meet Hawaii DoE requirements for school-based settings.
• Background clearance and TB clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic occupational therapy assessments to determine students’ functional needs.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and triennial evaluations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to support students’ participation and progress in the educational environment.
• Provide consultation and recommendations regarding accommodations, adaptive equipment, and strategies to support student access.
