Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a K–12 school in Honokaa, Hawaii. You will assess students, develop treatment plans, and deliver PT services aligned with IEP goals to improve mobility and participation in education.

The role requires Hawaii PT licensure, strong collaboration with teachers and families, and excellent communication. We offer benefits, professional support, and tuition assistance in a supportive school-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license required.
• School-based PT experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• TB clearance and background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic physical therapy assessments to determine students’ functional needs.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct Physical Therapy services aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and triennial evaluations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to support students’ mobility, participation, and progress in the educational environment.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Support students across a variety of developmental, physical, and functional needs within the school setting.
