Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for K–12 settings in Thornton, CO. In this role you’ll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

This full-time position offers competitive pay up to $68/hour, W‑2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with match, and reimbursement for licensure and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent.
• Valid Colorado CDE certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.
• NASP membership a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
• Support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations
