Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time School Psychologist for a K–12 setting in Brighton, CO. In this role, you’ll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Required: Master’s in School Psychology and Colorado CDE certification by start date; NASP membership a plus. We offer W-2 employment with benefits, competitive pay up to $68/hour, and mileage reimbursement between sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Colorado CDE Certification required by start date.
• NASP membership a plus.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
