Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K–12 setting in Shelbyville, TN.

You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success. The role welcomes both new clinicians and experienced professionals, with a steady school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology is required.
• Tennessee TDOE Certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills are essential.
• School-based experience is preferred but not required.
• NASP membership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
