Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Woodburn, OR area. This in-person, full-time role offers mentorship and support from a women- and therapist-operated company.

You will provide school psychology services, conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, participate in meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain thorough documentation to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology is required.
• Active Oregon School Psychologist License is required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
