Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. You’ll support students’ social-emotional well-being, family engagement, and access to learning by providing counseling, crisis support, and collaboration with school teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date).
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health.
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings.
• Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and related service providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Connect families to community resources and supports.
