Job summary

Communities In Schools of Los Angeles is seeking a Site Coordinator to support the CISLA model across the school. You will work under the Site Director to plan, implement, and evaluate student services and family engagement initiatives.

The role includes case management for a caseload of students, collaboration with school staff and partners, and adherence to program guidelines. A criminal background check and TB clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MSW or PPS credential preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in education, community services, or volunteer work.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and maintain professional discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication; counts on collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Director with school-wide needs assessments and annual plan (ASSP).
• Coordinate and implement whole school activities aligned with the ASSP.
• Support data collection and evaluation; maintain student records.
• Develop partnerships with community-based organizations for student support.
• Participate in professional development and mandatory CISLA trainings.
