Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, sociology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with campus administration, staff, students, and community partners to support student success.
• Coordinate needs assessments and develop service plans aligned with campus goals.
• Document progress and maintain confidential student files in CIS data systems.
