Communities In Schools of South Central Texas is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead needs assessments, campus planning, and the day-to-day execution of the CIS model on an assigned school campus.

You will build relationships with school staff, families, and community partners to deliver wraparound services tailored to student needs, focusing on improving attendance, behavior, and academic outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, sociology, or related field required for elementary campuses.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, sociology, or related field required for secondary campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; ability to work with at‑risk youth.

Aufgaben

• Build strong relationships with campus administration, staff, students, and community partners to support student success.
• Develop and implement campus needs assessments and service delivery plans.
• Serve as case manager for intensively served students with CIS consent.
• Conduct home visits and coordinate referrals to needed resources.
• Train and support volunteer mentors and oversee campus events aligned with CIS mission.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of services provided.
