Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative is seeking a Part-Time Program Assistant Substitute to support TK-8th grade students across district sites. Shifts run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with specific hours and a 2:00pm–5:00pm window and 1:00pm–4:00pm on Wednesdays; travel to sites as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 48 college units or passage of the NCLB test. A background check and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 48 Semester/60 Quarter College Units or pass NCLB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist TK-8th grade students in groups during rotations.
• Check in students and take attendance.
• Support classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
