Job summary

Smile America Partners in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a School Relationship Manager to facilitate dental services for children in schools. You will develop and sustain school relationships, coordinate visits, and ensure participation and accurate patient information for the dental teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication with school contacts, coordination of visit logistics, and collaboration with the Dental Team Manager to achieve state performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• College degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Works with Dental Team Manager to ensure successful visits and state performance goals.
• Serves as liaison between the school and dental team.
• Primary point of contact for all school interactions pre- and post-visit.
• Build and maintain relationships with school contacts (e.g., nurse, receptionist).
• Maintain frequent communication and customer service excellence, resolving inquiries.
• Monitor form receipt and encourage participation, address issues with patient counts.
• Coordinate visits and ensure dental teams have visit dates and details.
• Maintain schedule and update databases for school contacts and the dental team.
• Schedule current and future visits and review feedback to elevate issues.
• Jointly accountable for school performance with Dental Team Manager.
