Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models and recovery-oriented care.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans with clients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy consistent with scope of practice and licensure.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care).
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to support continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals for higher levels of care when indicated.
