Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models and recovery-oriented care.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• Preferred: experience with co-occurring disorders and Medicaid billing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with clients and the team.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care).
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in the EHR per OMHAS and Medicaid standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination.
• Collaborate with providers and referral sources to support continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention and safe-transition referrals when needed.
