Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract - full time position in San Dimas, CA. The OT will be responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and delivering therapy services, and documenting all services in accordance with each student's individualized plan of care.

Applicants must hold current California OT licensure, and CPR if applicable. Additional requirements include health certificate, TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable, and compliance

Qualifications

• Must have active OT licensure in the state of practice (California).
• Strong ability to perform student evaluations and develop therapy plans.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for school-based services.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and contribute to assessment reports.
• Develop and provide therapy services per student plans of care.
• Document services accurately in the student’s plan of care.
