Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students in both middle school and elementary settings under a contract through January. The role requires MN OT licensure and experience in school-based environments, with collaboration across staff, parents, and IEP teams.

Responsibilities include delivering OT services aligned with IEP goals, conducting assessments, and mentoring a COTA while ensuring thorough documentation. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota.
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Experience with elementary and middle school students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to students per IEP goals and district policies.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, monitor progress.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and mentor a COTA to ensure quality support.
• Maintain clear documentation of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Travel between middle school and elementary sites as scheduled.
