Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) in Bradley, IL. This contract-full-time role involves student evaluations, therapy delivery, and thorough documentation under each student’s plan of care.

The position requires current OT licensure in the state, with preferred one year of experience. CPR, TB screening or chest x-ray if applicable, and a health certificate must be in place to satisfy contract terms.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations as part of the plan of care.
• Develop and provide therapy services for students.
• Documentation services in accordance with each student’s plan of care.
