Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct Service & Program Delivery: implement IEP/504 goals and tailor interventions.
• Functional Skill Building: support fine/gross motor, visual-motor, sensory, self-care skills.
• COTA Support & Collaboration: supervise and consult with COTAs; ensure continuity of care.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: maintain logs, handoffs, and FERPA/HIPAA adherence.
