Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) in Palatine, IL for a contract - full-time position. The OT will evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document services according to each student’s plan of care.

Licensure, CPR where applicable, and state regulations must be met. Ideal candidates have a strong background in educational therapy, compliance with professional standards, and the ability to work within school settings.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• CPR current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
